30 Days of Thanks... Day 4 through 8...

I am sorry that I wasn't able to post other days.. I have been under the weather and you know Life.. It can get busy sometimes.. I don't even really have a main picture for this one.. It is a little bit of everything...

1st off I am THANKFUL for everything God has blessed me wit thus far.. I don't know what I would do without faith in him. He seems to always pull through when I think life has failed me.

I am thankful my job, even though it has been times I can't believe that I am still there. I get crapped on at times but I am thankful that I have been there long enough that I finally feel like I am appreciated

I am also thankful for my Real Friends... Not to confuse with my associates.. . The ones that know my everyday life is always a test.. The ones that know my struggle with my anxieties and issues with my mom. I can't trust everyone and I do have a hard time doing so. So those who are extremely close to me.. I am so thankful for them.

Then the last thing that I am most thankful for is my ability to still love with all the times love has totally knocked, slapped, and burned me.. I am still able to see that ONE DAY I will have that everlasting and that love that is perfect for me..

Day 8th... My Fear...

A Bridge is a way to get to the other side..
I have always had the fear of going across a Bridge that has body of water underneath..
I know we must across them from time to time. When I get on one I tend to shut down or get really nervous.. The Bridge I fear the most is the Delaware Memorial Bridge.. It KILLS me to go across.. I had do it twice in my life.. Frankly I NEVER WANT TO DO IT AGAIN..

When I was in high school and I was taking home education.. My teacher was amazed on how well I worked the kitchen.. She was also thought it was funny that I toted around recipes.. I mean to this day I have rubber mates full of recipes.. This is how much I love to cook..

I feel that is where I shine.. People love my cooking.. I am deemed Memah or Dammmmmmm... It makes me feel good to know that something I am so passionate about others love it. I still have my dream alive and I am still working toward it.. I am and I will have my own restaurant..
If you ever take a look at my other blog.. Mahogany Cooks.. You will see I have a weird yet southern soul cooking..

I can't believe...

It has been this long since I last posted here. Nothing really has changed but my mentality.. I truly believe that I've gotten wiser an...
