Day 22: A memorable day with family..

When we get together it isn't a dull time.. So I don't really know what day stuck out more than the others..

I do know once it was my mothers Retirement Celebration and we all went to Charlotte to Celebrate.. 

It is another day I could talk about but this one was when the WHOLE family were together.. Meaning this was before Tim's death.. 

It was one of the last times we saw him at his happiness other than my 30th Birthday Party.. 

As always I was the cook and the bartender.. Plus I had Cooper right there by my side having a grand ole time.. We were drinking, laughing, and enjoying everything..

I have pictures somewhere but I am not sure where they are.. LOL

My auntie (my uncle's ex wife) her boyfriend got drunk.. I had him on the Tequila Shots.. A matter of fact it was 2 fingers.. LOL.. Every time we ran out.. He would send a NON DRUNK to go get some more of it.. He was like.. MAN, Tray that's good.. Give me another shot.. 

The funny part of the night was that my auntie don't drive at night, my cousins were drunk as HELL BENT... Then Mr. Evan's was also TORN UP from the shots.. He was like.. How we getting home? Then he fell asleep outside on the patio.. 

Tim was about gone himself and I was in the process of trying to sneak out and go back to Cooper's.. hehehee

Then one of my cousins got him before I did and they went to a club.. I was hotter than HOLY HELL...He knew I wanted time spent with him before going back to South Carolina.. We only got one weekend out of the month to see each other after he made the move to Charlotte..

Any hoo.. It was a great time with family.. Great food (and that deep fried catfish was AWESOME)... 

We got to spend time with family we don't get to see often.. We got to even see some that we haven't seen in years and thought was missing..

I was happy my mother's Retirement Party was a success and she enjoyed it.. She even ended up staying up there for a whole month..
