I was having a conversation with one of my Co Workers the other day at work. They were talking about the end of the world.
I am one of those people who do not believe in the end of the World. I believe that life comes and goes in different forms. So it would be just the end of the world as we see it.
Like the Dinosaurs ruled the earth at one point. Then when they saw one touch of human life, they began to die off.
Now that we are humans on this earth, it is going to be something else that is going to take our place. I don't know when and I frankly don't really care.
I understand the point that they were talking about. It was the global warming and all this nuclear stuff might be the cause of our distinction. Then it was the subject about the one currency. They feels that Obama is going to be a dictator. I tell you these backwoods people that I work with. (SMH)
Nostradamus predicted a lot of things. I am just not into all that. I am alive through God's Will. It is part of life. We live and we die. Why sit here and wait on it? Live you life...
Do you believe the end of the world is near? How do you think it is going to happen?

As a believer in God and having faith in God, I do believe there will be an end to life as we know it. Now, when it will happen? Only God knows that answer. In the meantime, all these people who get hyped about 2012, and I think it's about as phony as the whole Y2K hype back in 2000.
I honestly believe that God knows when we all live and die, and it makes no sense for people to scare the crap out of people to get them to be closer to God. I figure like this: there are those that believe and those that don't. If there are people who don't believe, that is entirely on them, but they can't say that they weren't told about God. For those that do believe, if they stand by their faith like they say they do, all that extra about exactly when the end of the world is wouldn't even matter to them. As long as their trust in God is intact, it's all good.
I agree with you...
